Description of the Loan:

- Management Fee: A monthly management and administration fee of 0.125% (1.5% annually) will be charged on the outstanding balance of the loan.
Initial Fees:
- An initial fee of $1.25 million is required for the first phase. This amount will be held in an escrow account until the loan is disbursed. After the first disbursement, this fee will be returned to the borrower along with the initial payment received.
Disbursement Structure:
- Each phase consists of 10 monthly disbursements of $25 million.
- The phases are designed to support the project’s planning and execution.
Step-by-Step Procedure:
- Week 1: Client confirmation with proof of funds from the bank and project acceptance by the NGO.
- Week 2: Initial fee sent to the escrow account; necessary documentation is filed by the legal team.
- Weeks 2-4: Use of the credit line to cover legal and banking fees.
- Week 10-12: First disbursement is processed, with subsequent disbursements following monthly.
Ongoing Support:
- Throughout the loan period, we will provide monthly accounting and project reports to the client and relevant parties, ensuring transparency and effective management of funds.
